Description:  

The Award Transaction Audit report allows users to view award/grant financial information by Original or Adjusted Budget, by Current Month, Fiscal Year and Life–to-Date, by Commitments, Obligations, and Available Balance on an award.

FIN-GRA-Find My Award Proposals*
Description:  

The Find My Award Proposals report lists proposals submitted by a PI's Cost Center and allows you to view details, including: Sponsor for Award Proposal, Sponsor Type, Parent Sponsor, Award Proposal Name, Award Proposal Start and End Date, etc

FIN-GRA-Find My Awards*
Description:  

The Find My Awards report lists awards that you are associated with and allows you to view details, including: Award Name, Sponsor Award Reference Number, Award Contract Start and End Date, Award Lifecycle Status, Award Lines, etc.

FIN-GRA-Find My Subawards
Description:  

The Find My Subawards report allows you to view details of subaward records for your Workday Company, including: Subrecipient, Award, Grant, Award Line, Locations, whether subject to Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), Supplier Contract Start and End Date, Status, Total Contract Amount, Non-Purchase Order (PO) Invoice Amount, Remaining Balance and Percent of Funds Remaining.
